Skip These Unhealthy Snacks On Game Day

Let’s cut to chase…

….eliminate all the BS and get down to the dirty truth about the football season.

Yes, it’s one of the most watched sports of all time...

Yes, there will bottomless bowls of chips, dips, chili, and anything else you can fit into a bowl…

And yes, there will be main course and trays upon trays of sweet treats.

Top 3 WORST Snacks

Look, everyone knows that people enjoy a good football Sunday party.  Everyone likes to go, have a good time, cheer on their favorite team, and overindulge in good food and drinks.

But, if you’re a weight loss seeker, then this ONE Sunday can literally scare the crap out of you – and your fat loss.

The reason: most of the snacks are loaded with calories, fat, cholesterol, additives, and preservatives that not only wreck your fat loss but they may even destroy your overall health.

Now, not all of the snacks are bad for you…

…there are veggie and fruit platters, bowls of unsalted in the raw nuts, and healthy, low-calorie dips and spreads.

But, who are we kidding?  Most hosts don’t put these types of plates out…

And if they do, they tend to be hidden in the corner, out of the way of the other, calorie and fat laden snacks.

What are the worst ones?

Well, these ones pretty much take the proverbial cake:

1. French Fries (or potato chips)

French fries pack a ton of calories – due to the oil that they are deep fried in.

French fries – and potato chips – for that matter also contain some known carcinogens (due to cooking at high temperatures) that may increase your risk for a cancer, plus boost your heart attack risk.

But really, one serving of French fries may contain up to 600 calories – with most of these calories coming from fat and trans-fats.

Not good when you want to fit into your pants the next day!

2. Dips (mostly Sour Cream and Onion)

Most dips rank pretty high up there as calorie-laden, fat filled snacks.

Plus, they may contain unhealthy additives, flavorings, coloring, and artificial ingredients.

Not a good mix when you add fatty potato chips to the mix!

3. Deep Fried Buffalo Wing’s

Nothing says football Sunday quite like a plateful of deep fried Buffalo wings.

These favorites pack a ton of calories in a single order.

One order of Buffalo wings may easily top 300 to 800 calories (or more)!

The culprit: they are deep fried and filled with calories, fat, and trans-fats.

Eat a serving of these and forget about your skinny jeans feeling SKINNY anymore!

AVOID These 3 Snacks and Lose More Fat

Look, everyone knows that most football games and parties are filled with the wrong snacks for fat loss.

That’s why you need to take the necessary steps BEFORE the party to ensure you’re keeping your fat loss on track.

Drinking plenty of water, eating BEFORE you go to the party, and choosing your foods wisely will go a long way to a slimmer waistline and curb those unnecessary cravings.

Avoid these three foods if you want to boost your metabolism and keep your fat loss on track.
