How I Have Created An Unbreakable Mindset And You Can Too


Today, I want to share with you something that has literally transformed my life – and the
lives of many people around me.

It’s something I like to call the UNBREAKABLE mindset.

First, you need to understand ONE important concept: You ARE in complete control and you do NOT have to wait.   This mindset is something that can be developed by ANYONE and at ANYTIME.

But what exactly is an unbreakable mindset ...


The Unbreakable Mindset

Your mind plays a very large role in your success.  If you believe you can do something, than chances are, you’re going to be able to do it.

But:

Things can get pretty tricky.  For example, you’re doing your workout and suddenly, you start to lose your strength—even though you’ve done the same weight last week and had no problems.

You start to fail—and it throws your whole workout off.

Has this happened to you before?  I know it’s happened to me, time and again, and I know it will happen on the future.

It’s how you approach this problem that will make or break your results.  If you give in and think that you will never be successful, then you’re going to fail 10 out of 10 times.

BUT:

If you believe that you can do it … you know that you can do it … and you push your personal limit …



Then you will succeed and find out just how unstoppable you really, truly are.

It won’t happen overnight …

But, if you follow these tips, you may be able to train your mind and push through any obstacle in your way.

The 3 Ways To Build An Unbreakable Mindset

An unbreakable mind is sometning that everyone needs and could use.  From those looking to lose weight to someone looking to climb the corporate ladder ...

Having the mindset that you CAN DO IT will help you fully reach your goals.  Those with an unbreakable mindset know that they can climb any mountain or overcome any obstalce.

These people understand that once the "I can't" enters into their minds, that they will never fully reach their full potential.


Today, I would like to give you some of the top ways to build an unbreakable mindset:

Step 1: You need to DECIDE exactly what you want. 

Want to lose 10 pounds?  Do you have a 5K you’re looking to run in under 30 minutes?

It doesn’t matter what the goal is, as long as the goal is exactly what you want.  During the New Year people will do anything to lose weight.

They will go to the gym … spend lots of money on training sessions and gym gear … and they may not even know what they want.

If they don’t know exactly what they want, then nothing will ever get accomplished.   If you have clear goals (like I want to lose 20 pounds so I can get off of my blood pressure medication), then you know exactly what you need to accomplish and you can plan your program accordingly.

You can see problems that may arise, and you can set a plan that will help to get through them.  You can anticipate setbacks that may happen, and how you will get around them to reach your goal.

But, first and foremost, you need to understand and be clear and concise on what exactly you want to accomplish and the path you’re going to take to get there.

Step 2: You need to VISUALIZE with intense desire.


Now that you know exactly what you want to do, the next step should be easy.

You need to visualize yourself doing it.  Not just losing the weight—because everyone can do that.

You need to visualize yourself waking up in the morning and hitting the gym.  You need to visualize what you’re going to accomplish that morning … that week … or that month.

During and event or program that I participate in, I tend to visualize how everything is going to work—from start to finish—so I have a clear picture of what my expectations should be.

I always visualize the things that could set me off course.  I visualize successfully completing each section, event, or workout that will get me closer to my goals.

This helps me to visualize a successful completion of my goals, therefore helping me stay focused and driven to reach those goals.

Visualization is key to building a unbreakable mindset, because they more you can see yourself overcoming each step of the process, the greater your confidence will be at accomplishing the end goal.

Step 3: You Need To BELIEVE In Yourself


Now, even though you have visualized yourself overcoming every obstacle and reaching the finish line or hitting your goals …

You still need to BELIEVE that you can do it!  You need to believe that you are strong … that you can accomplish any goal you set for yourself … and you can overcome any obstacle to reach your goal.

As you write down your goals and you’re preparing yourself mentally, that little voice in the back of your head can be quite vocal.

It may say you can’t accomplish it … or why are you wasting your time?

Any time that tiny voice speaks, it’s trying to make you fail in your belief in yourself.  But here’s the thing:

You are STRONG.  You can overcome any obstacle in your way.  You just need to BELIEVE that you can.

One way to help you believe in yourself is by creating small goals throughout your program.  The more goals you’re able to smash, the more likely you are to BELIEVE in yourself, which makes it much easier to reach your goal.

Small goals that you can smash is one of the easiest ways to build that belief and understanding that nothing can stand in your way if you put your mind to it.

Not everyone has an unbreakable mindset.  If we all did, everyone would be able to accomplish any goal we set for ourselves.

But we don’t have that.  It has nothing to do with us physically, it has to do with our mental state and the belief they can accomplish anything in their path.

That’s why building an unbreakable mindset is utterly important!  Having clear and concise goals … visualizing our success … and believing that we CAN DO IT … are all important factors for building a strong mind and body.

Everyone is able to build an unbreakable mind that will help us accomplish any goal we can imagine, but it times time and practice.
