6,000 Year Old Spice Makes You An “Alpha Male”
Do you want an easy way to increase your testosterone – without unnecessary injections, creams, or gels?
Perhaps you want to SPICE up your bedroom life and reclaim the sexual dynamo you once were…
Well, I have some news for you…
There is a very easy solution to boosting your stagnant sex drive and dwindling testosterone levels…
You just need to spice things up –in the kitchen!
Spicy Foods and Testosterone Levels
If you want to boost your testosterone levels you need to add a little bit of kick to your foods – in the form of hot chili peppers…sprinkle some chili pepper or cayenne on your food…or eat some jalapenos by the handful.
I kid on the last one, but seriously, adding some spice to your foods may lead to increases in your testosterone levels.
Did you know that testosterone, the potent male hormone, is associated with being adventurous, taking bigger risks, and of course, a stronger, more vibrant sex drive!
Now, as you age, your testosterone levels may start to dip below normal levels. For most men, this occurs around the age of 40 – or beyond.
However, for a small portion of the male population, the gradual decline in this all-powerful hormone starts in the mid to late 20’s.
But there’s good news…
Researchers in Italy have discovered – in a pretty cool way – that spicy foods may boost testosterone levels.
And the spicier the meal is, the higher your testosterone levels may soar!
Here’s how the whole study went down:
Researchers took 114 men, ranging in ages 18 to 44, and tested their testosterone through a simple saliva swab.
Then, they presented the men with a plate full of mashed potatoes – with some chili sauce on the side.
The men were instructed to add as much chili sauce to the mashed potatoes to taste.
Here’s the cool part:
The researchers found that men who added the most chili sauce, had the highest testosterone levels – and were deemed by their peers as “alpha males!”
Pretty cool, huh?
And as Mr. James M. Dabbs says in his description of testosterone: “it’s the hormone of rogues, heroes, and lovers.”
Some Like it Hot, Hot, Hot!
If you want an easy way to boost your testosterone –then this has GOT TO BE IT!
A new study shows men who routinely eat spicy foods have higher testosterone levels AND are considered by many to be the “alpha males” of the group!
So, in order to give your diminishing testosterone a much needed kick in the proverbial pants, then consider adding some chili peppers, sauce, or powder to your next meal.
OH BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE…
Ahhhh, good old testosterone….
The hormone that has been making men for millions of years is under attack.
Not internally you see, but from all the crap-filled, estrogen laced food products that you consume on a daily basis.
And this is stripping away your man card and making you the beta male instead of the Alpha male you should be.
How do you know if you’re turning into a sissy? Well for starters, you have that hard, protruding belly jutting over your belt…
Or you have hair in places you really shouldn’t…
Perhaps you can’t lift like you could last year…or your sex drive is in the toilet.
Whatever symptoms you may have…
You need to take control…reverse this dangerous trend…and reclaim your Alpha Male status!
And there’s no easier way to get off the porch and run with the BIG DOGS then by using THIS amazing new discovery:
How To Successfully “Run With The Pack” And Be The Alpha Dog Once Again (no matter what AGE you are)
