Struggling to lose your baby belly?

Embarrassed by what you see in the mirror?  Do you want to put an end to the insanity and finally get the body of your dreams?

Well, you’re not alone.

There are millions of people every day looking to lose weight, lose belly fat, and get in the best shape of their lives!

Well, I have news for you…

There is ONE simple trick you need to do to melt the fat away and get in the best shape of your life.

And it’s a pretty simple fix..

Up the intensity of your workout!

The Fix to Stubborn Belly Fat

All over the world, people are looking for different ways to lose belly fat.

Some believe that increasing calories may be the answer…

Perhaps out-of-control hormones could play a role in their inability to lose fat.

Whatever the belief, there is one fundamental truth to losing fat:

Intensity!

Of course, this goes for those who exercise!  If you don’t exercise, start exercising (doing both cardio and strength training) and you may see some pretty awesome results.

But for those who already exercise…

…but are having problems losing the extra flab, then changing up the intensity of the workout is one of the biggest keys to losing fat!

You see, when doing the same exercise routine—day in and day out—you may start to see a plateau.

And this plateau may halt changes to your body—especially the elimination of stubborn fat.

So, how can you increase the intensity?

For starters, you could alter your rest time.  Most people are used to a few minutes of rest in between sets.  But dropping the rest time to 30 to 45 seconds could drastically up the intensity of the exercise, therefore forcing your body to adapt to the new stimulus.

Secondly, you could increase the load of the workout.

Simply put, increasing the amount of weight you’re lifting could help to build strength and increase the development
of lean muscle mass.

You could also include varying amounts of high intensity cardio work into your routine.

This may help to mobilize your fat stores, which could lead to increased calorie burn and more overall fat loss.

And here’s a trick: If you do HIIT training, try doing some steady state cardio after (moderate intensity walk at an incline).

With the fat stores being released into the blood, the steady state cardio could help to burn the fat that may now be floating around in your blood.

Conclusion

There may be many reasons why people struggle to lose weight and belly fat.

It could be due to diet…lack of exercise…blood sugar imbalances…hormone imbalances…or a poor diet and exercise program.

But:

One of the simplest approaches to losing weight—and unsightly belly fat—is increasing the intensity of your workouts.

This simple approach—yet very basic strategy—could lead to dramatic changes in your body and body fat levels.

If you’re looking for the easiest and most effective way to torch stubborn belly fat, then think about increasing the intensity of your workout.
