#1 Most POWERFUL Fruit?

Nothing in this world seems to go better than a juicy burger with a nice, healthy dose of avocado.

Now, you might be saying that this combination has something magical about it.

And you would be RIGHT!

Now, if you’re sitting there scratching your head trying to figure out why, give me a brief minute of your time to explain.

Health Benefits of Avocado

Avocado, which is a type of fruit, contains healthy fats - fats that your body needs in order to function properly.

Yes, they may be high in fat, but those fats are some of the most beneficial and healthy fats you can find!

They contain healthy doses of mono and polyunsaturated fats which have been shown to improve everything from inflammation to weight loss, and even to heart health.

Now, you may be sitting there wondering how this topping – when added to a juicy burger – may benefit your health.

Remember those fats I mentioned, well, they play a much larger role in your body than once thought!

Researchers have determined that avocados – when added to a burger – may alter your inflammation levels and positively affect the health of your vascular system.

Now, a regular burger contains a lot of fat and calories – some contain as many as 426 calories and 25 grams of fat - and that fat may lead to inflammation – which may negatively impact the health of your vascular system.

Granted, when you add a little bit of avocado, the calorie and fat content increases – typically by 114 calories and 11 grams of fat depending on your serving – but again, this is GOOD fat and calories.

So here is what the researchers found:

They found that people who ate the plain hamburger, showed a tremendous increase in vasoconstriction – tightening on the inside of your veins and arteries – just TWO hours after they ate the burger.

Now, those who had the avocado exhibited NO vasoconstriction after they ate the burger and topping.

And – now this may be the key to avocados power – when they measured a particular molecule associated with inactivating the inflammation molecule NF-kappa B, they showed the burger with the avocado was able to PRESERVE this molecule!

Result = a reduction in the activation of the inflammatory pathway in your body!

Oh, and did I mention that it also affected their blood fat levels?

It did!

The people who ate the avocado topped burger showed NO increase in triglyceride levels – even though it is full of calories and FAT.

Pretty amazing!

The researchers concluded:

“These observations are suggestive of beneficial anti-inflammatory and vascular health effects of ingesting added Hass avocado with a hamburger patty.”

#1 Most Powerful Fruit

If you remember, a few years back, there was a special report in the media on the increase in blood fats after eating a fast-food or restaurant prepared meal.

In that report, they showed that TWO hours after your eat one of these types of meal, then there may be a significant increase in the amount of fat in your blood.

And this has been linked to increased blood pressure…

Increased demand on your heart…

And, an increase in the demand on your vascular system!

Plus, it was shown that the fat levels in your blood may stay elevated for TWO to FOUR hours post-meal.

Now, according to this study, adding avocado to a juicy burger, may add health benefits to your vascular system and your blood fat levels.

So, if you’re looking for the next best thing in heart and vascular health, then look no further to the green-fleshed avocado!

It’s filled with heart-healthy fats – such as polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats – which are perfect fats for not only improving heart health, but affecting your inflammation levels, therefore positively benefiting your overall health!
