Here are THREE powerful ways to go just that:
1. Skip the Buffet Line
One of the easiest ways to make your body pop is by changing simple things in your diet.
Skip the cream and sugar in your coffee or have a salad topped with chicken instead of the daily special.
Making little changes to your diet will go a long way to how your body looks in the mirror.
Why? Well, for starters, your already well-defined muscles are covered by a layer of fat.
And this fat is preventing you’re your defined muscles from popping out. But simple changes to your diet could help you strip away the belly fat and get your muscles to finally pop.
2. Up Your Intensity
If you want to build lean muscle mass, you need to up the intensity of everyday tasks.
If walk to work, include some sprints in there. If you like to garden, set heavy objects and bags by your driveway so you carry them over a greater distance.

You could try something new…

No matter what, you’ll be doing some sort of activity that gets your muscles firing.
Plus, any activity that gets your body moving is one that will help you burn calories and get in better shape!
