The TOXIC Ingredient That Infects MILLIONS?

Even though the treats may taste great, they contain one ingredient that could KILL you if you’re not careful!
HFCS and Health
There is one ingredient in most snack foods, pre-packaged foods, and processed and refined foods that could wreak havoc on your health.
That one nutrient is high fructose corn syrup!
High fructose corn syrup – also known as HFCS or corn syrup – is a very inexpensive ingredient added to sweeten many processed foods you eat today.
It has been associated with an increased risk for diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and many other chronic conditions.
It is also known to increase fat and weight gain.
Now, however, a new study shows just how dangerous high fructose corn syrup is for your health – and fat loss!
As you know, carrying too much extra weight around your waist – in your abdominal area – could increase your risk for developing heart disease, diabetes, and other conditions.
The reason for this: Visceral fat – a toxic type of fat that surrounds your organs – may release toxic molecules that increase internal inflammation levels, and could lead to adverse conditions for your heart and other cells in your body.
Well, this new study shows that high fructose corn syrup may alter the health of your fat cells – leading to inflammation and less sensitivity to insulin.
Here’s what they found:
First, they took pre-adipocytes (undeveloped fat cells) from healthy children and exposed those cells to glucose, high glucose, and fructose.
They found that fructose showed a different effect on the fat cells when compared to glucose.
Fructose, according to their results, caused the fat cells to mature into full-fledged fat cells, but only in the form of visceral fat.
Plus, the cells that were exposed to fructose also were less sensitive to insulin.
Insulin insensitivity is a hallmark sign of impaired glucose uptake by fat and muscle cells and could increase your risk for developing diabetes.
One conclusion from the study and presentation: ““Fructose alters the behavior of human fat cells if it is present as the fat cells mature. We can maybe compare this [timing] to periods in children when they are making their fat.”

High fructose corn syrup is a cheap way to sweeten packaged foods, drinks, and processed foods.
Even though it is a very popular ingredient, it may increase your risk for diabetes and heart disease.
And may alter your fat cells, therefore making it much harder to lose weight and reduce your health risks.
According to the results of a new study, high fructose corn syrup may stimulate the maturation of new fat cells – in the form of toxic visceral fat – that could increase your health risk.
So for your health – and for healthy fat cells – limit or AVOID your exposure to high fructose corn syrup.
You may improve your health AND improve your ability to burn fat.
