It’s getting towards crunch time…
The time when you make that mad dash to get in shape and eat right, just so you can fit into your bikini for the summer.
But here’s the thing: People don’t want to spend the time going to the gym in order to get a good sweat on.
And this could spell bad news for how long it will take before you can fit into your skinny jeans, or your muscle top.
Well, I have a solution for you.
If you have roughly 15 minutes, then I have three exercises for you that will boost your caloric output, tone up your muscles, and make you look – and feel – leaner.
Three Exercises to Boosting Fat Loss
Look, if you want to look – and feel – leaner and better, then you need to exercise!
Not just doing cardio…but including strength training too.
But here’s the problem: Many people are short on time and pick what they feel to be the best exercise for the time constraints that they may have.
They usually head straight for the cardio!
But I will tell you this…
If you carve out fifteen minutes in your day, then you can seriously build up a sweat – and work on toning and strengthening your muscles – with these three simple moves:
1. Plank
This may be one of the most underutilized exercises for developing a strong core and tight lower back.
Not only does it target your core, depending on if you are fully extended – or on your elbows – you may target other muscles in your body.
Start slow with this exercise – a hold for FIVE to TEN seconds – and progress upwards to a minute or more!
Trust me, this exercise is a full-body workout, in and of itself, so including this into your training session should be a must.
2. Burpees
Burpees are a great full-body workout that build endurance, strength, and some flexibility in your body.
This is one of the highest-intensity exercises around. Not only does it burn extra calories, but it builds and strengthens pretty much every single muscle in your body.
This could result in extra calories burned PLUS increases your metabolism!
3. Squats
Squats are an exercise that target the muscles in your legs.
However, if you have ever done them, then you know they are a killer workout that may hit every muscle in your core and legs.
This utilization of more muscle groups could end up expending more calories plus skyrocketing your fat loss.

There are plenty of exercises out there that could help you burn fat and spike your metabolism.
Most people don’t have the time – and if they do – the opt for an exercise that could boost their overall calorie burn.
However, if you set aside 15 minutes – and do three to five sets - of the three exercises above, then you could boost your fat loss and stoke your metabolism.
