Ingredients
1/2 ripe avocado (fresh or frozen)
1/2 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup water
1 Scoop JaylabPro Vanilla Protein Powder
2 TBSP fresh pumpkin (canned, raw, or roasted)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until.smooth. Top with fresh grated cinnamon and nutmeg. For a sweeter version, add stevia if desired. Enjoy.
