And guess what? There are numerous people that I know--my father-in-law, mother-in-law, and my own mother—that all have issues with their hearts.
No, they didn’t have a heart attack…
…but they all are on blood pressure medication…cholesterol medications…and other medications to keep them healthy and agile.

In the study, they took 47 participants and supplemented them with either Krill Oil or an olive oil placebo.
The subjects did a 4-week round with both, then a two week washout period, followed by 17 additional weeks (if they wanted to) of krill oil supplementation.
The subjects receiving the Krill Oil showed better endothelial health compared to the placebo.
(The health of your endothelium is a direct factor in heart health. Poor endothelial health may put you at risk for a number of different heart-related conditions, or put you at risk for having a heart attack or stroke.)
The Krill Oil group also had lower C reactive protein levels (CRP is a marker for inflammation) and had improvements in their HDL cholesterol numbers.
Remarkable!
