A great substitute for tortilla shells if you are watching your carb intake is to use lettuce. The chicken is cooked and marinated in your favorite taco seasoning. While the chicken is cooking you can make the zesty cilantro sauce.

Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
Taco Seasoning
8 leaves Romaine lettuce
1 diced Avocado
1 diced Tomato
1/4 cup Onion, diced
Cilantro Sauce:
3/4 cup Cilantro
3/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
Juice of 1 Lime
Directions:
Cook the chicken sliced into strips in a olive oil covered med to high heat pan. While the chicken is cooking add the minced garlic, taco seasoning. Cook chicken for 10-12 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
For the cilantro sauce place the ingredients in a food processor and blend for 1 minute until creamy.
Lay the Romaine lettuce on a plate and top with marinated chicken, diced avocado and tomato. Add chopped onion if you prefer and then drizzle with zesty cilantro sauce.
