I have created this delicious recipe using CARB FREE noodles to get that pasta meal without all the carbs.
The secret is Shirataki noodles. These noodles are made of glucomannan which is just pure soluble fiber. They are only 3 to 4 calories per 3.5 oz of noodles and less than 1 gram of carbs.
The glucomannan fiber that is in shirataki noodles has been shown to keep people fuller for longer periods of time. It slows down digestion, which helps with the fullness for longer periods of time.
It also inhibits carbohydrate absorption and improves blood sugar parameters by inhibiting insulin spikes.
