Apple Cider Vinegar or otherwise called ACV has been all the rage for the last 6-9 months.
What does the research tell us though?
Is it just hype or is there legitimate science behind the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar.
Some of the proclaimed benefits are lowering blood sugars, reducing the formation of fat deposits, increasing metabolic rate and some say it even controls appetite.

So it does appear that Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) lives up to the hype and there is real science supporting many different health benefits.
In the weight loss study both groups of participants had some weight loss benefit, but those who consume 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar appeared to have lost more weight and inches.
Research scientists will continue to evolve and let us know if 3 Tablespoons is even better than 2 for weight loss or if there is no additional benefit.
