When you know you need the calories, but are just not hungry you have to make a choice.
Some good examples to have on hand when you know you need some calories to meet your body’s needs are foods such as:
Hard boiled eggs, almonds, pistachios, greek yogurt, apples with peanut butter and cottage cheese.
These are just a few healthy foods you can eat when you know you need some good calories but just don’t have the appetite to eat a full meal.
