Here is a delicious way to get in some healthy fats and lean protein.
It also fills you up for hours.
Sweet potatoes are quite popular for their many health benefits. I have put a twist on this and turned it into toast.
You can add just about any healthy ingredients on top of it, but what I love is adding provolone cheese, turkey, avocado and flaxseed oil.
Just don't make the mistake I did.
At the 1:26 mark of the video I warn you about a mistake that I made that lengthened the time to make this recipe by 15 minutes.
