3. Look for Ways to Cut
You have probably increased your exercise and started to make some changes to your diet – but nothing seems to be working.
The reason: You may be eating some foods that are packing in the calories – and not even know it!
But here’s what you should do: Take a good, hard look at your diet and find ways to make some pretty simple cuts.
For example, switching out your soda for water….or opting for a lettuce wrap instead of a whole wheat sandwich!

Write down everything – from what you eat, to your exercise – in order to keep a detailed record of what is working – and what isn’t.
Also, when you keep a detailed record of what you eat, you’re more likely to find areas where you could improve, cut back on, or just get better on.
