…here’s how to make your coffee super healthy and work for you!

Mmmm…coffee. Nothing beats a hot cup of Joe. For many people, one cup may not be enough—they may need three or four to last them throughout the day.
But here’s the thing…
Most people don’t realize that coffee is actually good for you! It’s one of the healthiest drinks around—filled with powerful vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Well it’s healthy BEFORE you add anything else to it. In fact, the health of your cup of coffee starts to get drowned out when you’re adding sugar, artificial creamers, and sweeteners.
But today, I want to share with you my tips on how to keep your coffee one of the healthiest drinks around.
Before I do that, I do need to share something that has been bothering me…
You may have seen it (or you may have not), but mainstream media has painted coffee as a bad drink. The reason? Coffee does contain small amounts (trace amounts, really) of compounds that may have some negative effects on your health. And, the “experts” say that this is the main reason why you should avoid drinking coffee—due to these potentially negative compounds.
But what they fail to tell you is…
Coffee Has Powerful Antioxidants, Phenolic Nutrients, And Chlorogenic Compounds That Could Seriously Outweigh The NEGATIVE Compounds That Could Be Found In Coffee!
Yes, coffee has a high amount of antioxidants and other helpful compounds that could lower inflammation, protect brain cells, improve heart health…and so many other things.
BUT:
Only if you keep it the correct way—free from all the other additives that tend to lead to weight gain, heart disease, cancer, and possibly diabetes.
So, you’re probably asking…
How Can You Make Your Cup Of Coffee Healthier?
Now, if you’re like most people, then you may load your coffee with artificial creamers, sugar, those pink, yellow, or blue packets, or even add enough cream and sugar to make it more of a milkshake than a cup of coffee.
And this could be slowly destroying your health. You see, all these additives rack up your calories, add toxic chemicals to your body, and could even add those pesky trans-fats that could secretly destroy your heart health.

Well, to make your cup of coffee the healthiest it can be, you should start with these 5 tips…
1. Stop Loading Your Coffee With Sugar
Coffee itself is one of the healthiest drinks around. Full of antioxidants, polyphenols, and other trace minerals, drinking your coffee black could go a long way to improving your health.
It’s when you start to add different things to your coffee that you start to change your coffee to an unhealthy drink.
The number one way to ruin your coffee is to dump extra refined sugar into it. Sugar, which is mainly comprised of fructose, could be the number one additive that is killing people.
Not only does it lead to weight gain and diabetes, but it could also increase your cholesterol and triglycerides which could put you at risk for a heart attack.
If you can, drink your coffee black in order to keep it a healthy, fat-busting, inflammation-clearing drink.
2. Choose Organic Coffee Whenever Possible
The quality of your coffee bean is just as important as what you put in it.
Most commercial coffee brands may use chemicals and pesticides on their coffee plants, which are never intended for human consumption.
However, the way they are processed, may actually increase the amount of chemicals and pesticides that are on the bean and then in your coffee.
Choosing an organic brand could cut down on the amount of synthetic pesticides that could be in your coffee grounds.
3. Add Cinnamon To Your Coffee
For years, people have been told to sprinkle cinnamon on a variety of foods in order to lower blood sugar levels and the risk for diabetes.
And coffee is no different!
Adding a pinch of cinnamon to your coffee will not only benefit your blood sugar, but it may also increase your intake of antioxidants, which could do wonders for inflammation and your overall health.
4. AVOID Artificial and Low-Fat Creamers
Both artificial creamers and low-fat creamers could hold a variety of ingredients that could be less than optimal for your health (chemicals, trans-fats, etc.).
That’s why you should avoid them at all costs in order to protect your health.
I personally add a touch of cream to my coffee (organic, grass-fed cream) to add a different texture and flavor to my cup of java.
Plus, milk and cream could contain potent vitamins that your body needs in order to stay healthy. Cream contains plenty of calcium to keep your bones strong, while milk from grass-fed cows may contain more vitamin K, which is good for blood clotting and stronger bones.
Low-fat milk and artificial creamers can’t say the same.
5. Add Cocoa Powder To Your Coffee
Like a good cup of mocha coffee in the morning but you’re worried about the extra sweetener used in the syrup?
Why not try adding a dash of cocoa powder! Cocoa powder contains potent vitamins and minerals that have been associated with a lower risk for heart disease.
Plus, it tastes great in coffee—without adding the extra sugar and preservatives that may be contained in the flavored syrup.
If you want it a tad bit sweeter, try adding the natural sweetener Stevia to your coffee to give it that added sweetness.
Enjoy these coffee additions (and substitutions) that we discussed in this article, knowing that drinking coffee (in moderation), could be one of the best things you can do for your body.
But BEWARE…
Although coffee is super healthy and could go a long way to helping you maintain a strong, lean, healthy, and fit body…
There are other things in your diet that could be PREVENTING you from staying healthy and fit.
In fact, on the next page, I want to show you the two most important factors that could be destroying your health, causing weight gain, accelerating aging, and making it nearly impossible to lose any kind of weight.
