How To Measure Progess With LeptiSense
Hi, my name is Jayson Hunter and I have been a Registered Dietitian for the last 20+ years. I want to discuss the best way to use LeptiSense.
LeptiSense is a formula that focuses on healthy function of the hormones Leptin and Cortisol.
When Leptin and Cortisol are working properly appetite is regulated and the body doesn’t have the desire to consume unnecessary calories or store excess fat in the mid-section area.
When Leptin is not working properly it means that the brain is not receiving the signal that you don’t need additional calories.
So, the brain ends up sending out strong signals to eat more food.
This then results in inflamed and sick fat cells which in turn elevates the hormone Cortisol.
When Cortisol is elevated it tends to store more fat in the mid-section and waist area.
You end up with an out of control issue where you keep eating and storing fat even though your body doesn’t need to.
It takes time for Leptin and Cortisol to function properly. It may take 4-5 weeks to see improvements in these two hormones assuming that a proper meal plan and exercise program are also being followed.
This is why I recommend when someone starts taking LeptiSense that they take circumference measurements and don’t rely on the scale.
If someone is working out and potentially building 1-2lbs of lean muscle and then they lose 1-2 lbs of fat the scale is going to say they lost 0lbs. This is far from the truth though. They actually made great progress up to that point.
This is why I recommend taking measurements. I don’t mean bodyfat measurements with an uncomfortable pincher. I am talking about a cloth measuring tape.
Just measure your arms, hips, waist and thighs. Then after 4 weeks re-take the measurements to measure any progress that has been made.
Of course, make sure a healthy meal plan is being consumed with the required calories along with a good exercise program when taking LeptiSense. This is why we include our Body Reset Program for free with every purchase of LeptiSense.
Don’t rely on the scale though to measure progress. Use circumference measurements to record progress more accurately.
Hormones are finicky and consuming LeptiSense helps to get these two critical hormones working properly so that your brain is able to receive the Leptin signal letting it know that you don’t need to eat more.
In the end your Cortisol levels will drop and you may also see the measurements in your waist and hip area decrease.
