Losing Weight Just Got Easier (just 2g per day)
By Kevin DiDonato MS, CES--Level 1 Certified Precision Nutrition and Certified Personal Trainer
So, you want to burn off some of your belly fat…thigh fat…or the junk that has been hiding out in your trunk.
What should you do?
Of course, the answer would be to eat right and exercise. This has been hammered into your head on more than one occasion.
But here’s the thing:
Today I want to show you a way to burn excess fat—from your butt, belly, thighs, and under your arms—by including one simple nutrition trick.
Are you ready?
The Secret Nutrition Trick
Ok, are you ready to find out the secret trick to burn excess belly fat—without changing anything in your diet (well, except monitoring your calories)?
The answer lies in the hot pepper!
Now, over the years, I am sure you’ve heard how hot peppers—or the spice capsicum—has been shown to increase metabolism and boost fat burning.
But the problem with capsicum and hot peppers is the burning sensation you get in your throat, stomach, and intestines!
It’s pretty intense if you’re one who is not used to eating spicy foods.
The reason why it works is because of the capsaicinoids that are found in the pepper! This very pungent portion of the pepper is what gives it the heat and that awful burning sensation.
But it is also the one component that spikes metabolism and increases calorie burn and energy expenditure!
Now, if there was only a way to harness the power of capsicum without the gastrointestinal discomfort that comes along with it.
Oh wait…
There is! Researchers have discovered a way to deliver the capsaicinoids—without causing the burning and unpleasant feeling you get from eating a hot pepper!
And the best part: It WORKS!
A new study shows that supplementing your diet with capsaicinoids could increase body circumference and also suppress your appetite!
Okay, here are the details on the study:
Researchers took 77 healthy males and females and gave them either 2 or 4g of capsaicinoids (in capsule form) or a placebo, once per day after breakfast.
TIP: KILL cravings BEFORE they become a problems with THIS special formula
The participants were instructed to not change their diet or exercise routines, but keep track of calories and limit spicy food intake.
The results are pretty astounding!
They found, with just 2g of capsaicinoids, there was a significant decrease in waist-to-hip ratio on both men and women.
Plus, there was suppression in appetite (as recorded on an appetite questionnaire). This is important because it prevents you from eating more at meals, which could also stimulate weight loss.
They concluded: “These findings show evidence to support that the dietary supplementation of CAP has beneficial effects on anthropometric parameters (waist and hip circumferences) and appetite suppression. Observed changes in the CNAQ questionnaires suggest CAP is an effective appetite suppressant supported by the significant reduction in total caloric intake over 12 weeks”
Conclusion
Hot peppers have been shown to stimulate metabolism and increase energy expenditure.
However, most people don’t like the taste of hot peppers, or they can’t handle the burning sensation that accompanies eating hot peppers.
But there is a new way to get all the benefits of hot peppers, without the burn! Capsimax has discovered a way to include capsaicinoids (the part of the pepper that gives it the heat) in a beadlet form that bypasses the stomach and may be absorbed in the intestines.
And it works! According to a new study, those taking just 2g of capsaicinoids had lower waist-to-hip ratio and a suppression in their appetite!
By including capsaicinoids into your daily meal plan, you may stimulate your metabolism, boost fat loss, and increase overall energy expenditure.
