Guys, you need a reality check.

You are getting older.

And aging could be causing your testosterone levels to decline.

Chemicals, such as phthalates and parabens, are extremely dangerous and can be found on the label of most household cosmetic products.

These chemicals, according to some studies, have been shown to act as endocrine disruptors.

Basically, they bind to certain receptors sites on your cells, and increase the production of estrogen.

This could alter your hormone levels and create havoc in your body.

3. Plastic Water Bottles

Plastic water bottles themselves could also be increasing your estrogen levels.

BPA is a chemical commonly found in plastic containers and one of the main components in the lining of most canned goods.

BPA is slightly different than phthalates and parabens. 

BPA leeches into your water or food products and is then consumed when you eat or drink the product.

When BPA enters your body, research suggests, it inhibits cholesterol synthesis from occurring in your liver and the mitochondria of your cells.

Your body needs cholesterol to synthesize testosterone and improve sperm function.

What You Can Do NOW

Increase in estrogen levels can be a way to lower your testosterone levels.

Including grass-fed cattle, free-range, hormone-free poultry, and fish caught in the wild, are easy ways to prevent extra estrogen from making it into your body.

Avoiding plastic bottles with numbers 3, 6, or 7 and buying cosmetic products that are all natural and free from many of the added chemicals in name brand shampoos, could protect your body from excessive levels of “modified” estrogen.

Making these small changes could lower your exposure to excessive estrogen levels.

And this could naturally increase your testosterone levels regardless of age.
