Transform Your Body (and belly) In 7 Days (or less)

Have you ever stopped to consider what the foods you’re eating – right now – may be doing to your body?

Maybe you thought about all the candy you eat, and how it may be rotting your teeth…

Or how the commercial muffin you just ate may be causing fat to explode into your bloodstream…

But maybe you’re thinking how wonderful that cup of blueberries may have been for not only the health of your cells, but for improving your brain health.

Whatever the foods you eat - or don’t eat – they may have positive or negative impacts to the health of your entire system.

Now, today you don’t want to focus on the “bad” foods – the ones that cause problems – but you want to focus on the “good” ones that improve the health of ALL the systems in your body.

Well, luckily for you, here is a list of foods that are perfect for every organ in your body…

Foods That Improve the Systems of Your Body

It may be difficult to understand, but the foods you eat may directly impact every cell, organ, and system in your body.

For example, added sugar may cause blood sugar issues, therefore leading to issues with your pancreas and other areas of your body.

Today, however, we want to share with you foods that can IMPROVE the systems, organs, and cells in your body.

Skin

Now, there may be a LOT of foods that may benefit your skin.   Your skin is constantly exposed to harmful conditions that may lead to dryness, acne, or other unsightly skin blemishes.

And this could be one of the reasons why cosmetic product sales have skyrocketed, with people looking for younger, healthier looking skin.

However, they don’t need to go any further than their own refrigerator!

Foods like carrots, blueberries, and fatty fish like salmon have wonderful nutrients that could improve the health of your skin.

Fruits and vegetables contain loads of antioxidants, which have been shown to reduce inflammation and reduce the activity of free radicals – which cause damage to the DNA in your skin.

And this could reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and age spots associated with damage to your skin.

Or, you can simply stick with drinking more WATER!  Water is by the far the simplest and most cost-effective way to improve the health of your skin.

Water hydrates your cells and neutralizes and removes toxins, leaving your skin looking younger and healthier.

Hair

What does your hair need in order to be strong and healthy?  Vitamin D, protein, and vitamin E for starters!

And where can you get said nutrients?  Well, salmon and walnuts are great sources of vitamin D, protein, and vitamin E (walnuts).

In order to have strong, radiant looking hair, you also need to increase your omega-3 fatty acid intake! In fact, some studies show that if you have brittle or thinning hair, then chances are pretty good you may be deficient in those beneficial fats!

So for beautiful, thick, and lush hair look for foods that contain vitamins D and E, have plenty of protein, and include the omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA.

Eyes

Now, there are a lot of foods that may improve your overall eye health.  Foods that contain the omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to be beneficial for optimal eye health.

And of course, you already know that carrots – which contain vitamin A – have been linked to better eye health.

But did you know that blueberries and grapes may lead to better vision at night?  It’s true!  And that regular consumption of wine may improve the overall health of your eyes?  Again, true!

But one of the more surprising foods to eat for better eye health: eggs!  They are rich in cysteine and other sulfur-containing compounds that are necessary for the lens in your eyes.

Heart

Now, there are a lot of foods that may improve heart health.   In fact, you already know many of them!

Foods that contain omega-3 fatty acids may help to lower LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, and may even boost HDL cholesterol levels.

And this means almonds, walnuts, and fatty fish may all improve the health of your heart and vascular system.

However, did you know that apples may also be a great food for heart health improvements?

Apples have been shown in numerous studies to reduce the oxidation of LDL cholesterol, therefore preventing harmful oxidized LDL particles from invading your arteries.

Besides that, apples also contain plenty of fiber, which may slow digestion and may even clear out your arteries!

Muscles

What is the best way to improve muscle strength, tone, and endurance – besides using exercise?

Lean red meat!  Red meat is full of vitamins, minerals, and protein, which are all nutrients needed to boost lean muscle tissue development.

Although red meat may be the best, you can find other quality protein sources in chicken, ground turkey, fish, eggs, and even some nuts.

Belly

Everyone this day and age wants to shrink their belly.

Foods that contain high protein levels and are in low in sugar are optimal choices if you want to lose your unwanted belly fat.

Why?

Meals and snacks rich in protein have been shown to suppress appetite, therefore preventing you from eating more at your next meal.

And snacks that are low in sugar have been shown to reduce insulin release, which could prevent sugar in your blood from being stored as fat later on.

The Best Sources for a Healthy Belly

Including the foods listed above may lead not only to better overall health, but may also improve the health of many of the cells, tissues, and organs in your body.

If you’re looking for better skin, eyesight, muscle tissue, or shrinking your belly fat, then look to whole food sources that contain healthy fats, lean proteins, vitamins, minerals, and water in order to improve the only place you live – your body!
