Fish oil. It seems like this ONE supplement is the mecca of all that is good in the nutritional supplement world.
In fact, fish oil is probably the number ONE selling supplement, with gross sales in excess of a billion dollars annually.
So with all the hungry fish oil consumers out there, it can’t be all that bad, right?

Yes, Fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acids. And yes, those omega-3 fatty acids are extremely beneficial to your health.
But, what they won’t tell you, is that fish oil may contain OTHER substances that only RUIN your health and not improve it.

So when they are harvested for oil, the oil that is extracted may also contain high levels of toxins (depending on how long the fish was exposed to the pollutants).
And this spells bad news for YOU and your health.
These toxins or pollutants have been shown to adversely affect your skin, liver, and your immune systems.
Plus, they may also be considered endocrine disruptors – meaning they wreak havoc in your reproductive system, as well as your endocrine system.
Not good when your only goal is to IMPROVE your health, not put added risk to it.

Fish oil is one of the most popular supplements on the market today. It is reported to improve cholesterol, triglycerides, and heart and brain health.
But, unlike other omega-3 oils on the market, Fish oil may contain harmful toxins that make fish oil absolutely terrible for you and your health.
