Client Retention Just Got Easier!

Let’s be honest here…

We know that we can train the crap out of our clients and have them burn a crap ton of calories.

Then at the end of the month when they come in for their weigh-in or assessment we see they have lost no weight.

We know why…

It comes down to what they are eating.

The biggest challenge with getting clients to lose weight is getting them to take the time to focus on their diet.

That means they need to make healthy recipes, instead of ordering DoorDash or pulling a boxed meal out of the pantry.

Weight loss becomes easier when they aren’t sabotaging their workouts with a bad diet.

So how do you get them to listen and follow your advice?

We, of course, can tell them they need to eat healthier, limit their calories, avoid junk food, etc, etc.

We can provide them with a meal plan and a boatload of nutrition articles, content and resources.

That means they have to read, plan, find healthy recipes and then follow through with consistency.

We know this is easier said than done.

Hence, why we struggle with so many clients who just can’t get the scale to budge.

As a Registered Dietitian for the last 24 years, as well as a Strength Coach, I know what you are going through.

Heck, I have a current nutrition client who started off with motivation and then soon lost consistency.

Here is what I did…

I took away all the information I shared when we had our meetings and I gave one simple task.

Make these 3 recipes over the next 3 days.

Then on day 4, I gave her 3 more recipes.

I simplified it for her.

She had one job to focus on and that was planned for the next 3 days, and that was it.

She didn’t have to plan for the entire 7 days and her mind didn’t have to wander off to what two weeks from now would look like.

She just had to focus on what was immediately ahead of her.

Her consistency came back, her motivation to be compliant was back, and she started losing weight again.

Want to know exactly what I did?

It was quite simple and I just repackaged what I already had created into a simple easy to follow step-by-step meal plan.

It started with just 12-15 recipes.

I then laid it out in a 7-day weekly meal plan so she knew exactly what to make for which meal and when she was eating it.

I then gave her the recipes with full instructions and ingredients.

It was this simple.

Now, I understand in some states once you provide a client with a specific meal plan you are now prescribing a diet per the state law, which is illegal unless you have a state-approved nutrition license such as a Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian certificate.

This resource was so simple to implement and provided so much value to the client that I decided to package it up and offer it to fitness professionals like yourself to use with your clients.

“But I am not an RD or state-licensed Dietitian.”

You don’t have to because you are going to be able to use my name and likeness when marketing and providing this to your clients. This covers you in all 50 states from legal liability because I created the meal plan (not you).

You are just providing the resource to your client.

You are also able to market that I Registered Dietitian Jayson Hunter am your virtual Dietitian so if there are any nutrition questions or medical nutrition obstacles outside your scope of practice you can contact me and I will help you and your client get those questions answered and provide a solution going forward regarding whatever the obstacle/issue might be.

Oh, and I almost forgot you get to white-label the meal plan and recipes.   You are able to put your logo on it, company name, etc so that it is your own product.

I will provide you with a new 12-15 recipe pack and meal each month so whether you decide to sell it monthly to your clients, give it away each month as a value-added service or just build it into your monthly membership fee it will be branded as your own.

As well as building credibility that you have a virtual Registered Dietitian on staff.

Before I show you what this package looks like and what you will be delivering to your clients each month, here are just a few ways that you can use it to build trust, credibility, ROI, and most importantly more successful clients.

Here Is How You CAN Use This Content

  1. Provide this as a monthly paid cross-sell to build the LTV of your customer.

  2. Create a membership site where they pay $19.95 a month to get access to the monthly meal planner and recipes.
  3. Create an accountability group and charge $99 a month that includes a weekly group zoom session along with your monthly meal planner and recipes.  This is a great cross-sell to make more money per member and build a higher success rate amongst members.

  4. Increase your monthly membership training fee by $20 and include this with their program each month.

  5. Give it away for free to build in Value Added Content as a bonus for a paid service and increase satisfaction and retention with your members.

  6. Use it as a lead magnet giveaway to build up your list of prospects to whom you can sell a membership or training program.

Now of course I suggest you implement 1-4 before you decide on #5 or #6 so that your business is more profitable with zero overhead, but this decision is completely up to you.  ;)

Want To See What I Put Together?

I know that was a dumb question.  :)

Here is a quick video of what you will receive each month and how easy it is to edit it and make it your own.

I am going to assume your current question is “what is this going to cost me?”

I mean with me as a Registered Dietitian I do charge $597 for my lowest program/package, but you are going to be doing most of the heavy lifting (pun intended) in regard to having daily conversations with your clients, weekly check-ins, etc.

I am providing you with the missing nutrition puzzle piece to boost success rates. I am also providing you with the Dietetic expertise to be able to build trust with your members to ensure they get the correct nutritional advice.

Not to mention keeping you compliant with your state laws regarding nutrition prescription and diet planning.

I am not going to charge anywhere near what I charge my clients.

I think it is only fair that when I can give back some I will do so. That doesn’t mean you get something for FREE though, because my time still has value to it.   ;)

Here is what I am going to do…

And finally…

You will get to use my name and likeness as your Virtual Registered Dietitian in your marketing materials and as a resource for you to use with your clients so they achieve the quickest path to success.

As you can see, this can be easily valued at $297/month or even higher.

Here is what I am going to do. Since this is a brand-new program, I am going to offer it at an introductory rate of $49.95/month

That’s it!...

I want to ensure that you have success with it when using it with your clients.

Once I start receiving testimonials from you on how successful this service has been for your business, then I will most likely put those testimonials here in this letter and raise the price to $197 or $297/month.

I might as well be honest with my grand plan.
