Cure Bedroom Woes Naturally With These 3 Exercises?
Guys, let's be honest…
Nothing ruins a hot, steamy evening like not being able to close the deal.
Am I right?
It ruins your evening (and that of your partner, wife, or lover).
Now, we all know that alcohol does this more times than not. You find yourself in a very romantic situation…you have a few drinks…the spark is lit..
…then nothing happens! It’s not unheard of. In fact, studies show that a majority of men who drink alcohol may have difficulties getting—and maintaining—an erection.
For those who do keep the erection and are able to engage in “activities,” they may not be able to finish. According to one study, 11 people were unable to reach orgasm)—that includes both men AND women.
But:
Alcohol is not the only reason why you may have a hard time keeping the spark lit in the bedroom.
Medication, heart issues, circulatory issues, and low testosterone may also contribute.
But here’s a factor that you probably didn’t think about:
How in shape you are! I know it sounds weird, but the more in shape you are, the better your love life may be.
Sometimes the magic fails to happen in the bedroom, because you’re not able to hold yourself up for long periods of time…
…you get back pain from frequent thrusting or movement.
Nothing short of embarrassing there! So, what we decided to do is take a look at the three best exercises to help improve your stamina, endurance, and overall sex life.
1. Plank
Your core is by far one of the most important muscle groups when it comes to sex.
How often do you get done, or you’re still going, and you get some noticeable burning in your abs, lower back, or your hips?
Pretty frequently I am sure! So, there’s no better exercise to include than the plank.
Not only does this tax your entire body, but the main focus is on your core—or the muscles of the abs, hips, lower back, and glutes.
By strengthening your core, you may improve your ability to thrust, and you could prevent excess stress from occurring in your lower back.
2. Kegals
Now, most guys have heard of Kegal exercises, but mainly for women before and after pregnancy.
But Kegals are just as important for men as they are for women.
Kegals are a great way to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles—or the area between your anus and the base of your testicles.
This exercise may prolong orgasm in men, which could lead to longer, more satisfying sex.
In order to do the exercise, you just need to contract the muscles of the pelvic floor. The easiest way to visualize this is, when you’re peeing, to stop the flow, then restart it.
Do this 10 to 15 times and hold it for up to 5 to 10 seconds!
3. Leg Swings and Hip Lifts
Both of these exercises are important for thrusting during sex.
You see, there’s a pretty good chance that the muscles in your hips are excessively tight (due to long hours at the office).
And these tight muscles may cause pain in your lower back, or fatigue quickly during sex.
But stretching out and strengthening the hips may help with more powerful thrusting and lifting—especially when she’s on top.
Leg swings are one of the easiest ways to stretch out hips and increase flexibility in them. To perform this exercise, you simply move one leg forward as far as possible, then slowly and in control, swing it back as far as you can do (without bending forward).
Hip lifts, which are great for developing strength in the hips, is just as easy to perform.
You simply lay on your back, with your knees bent. You lift your hips by contracting your glutes, hips, and thighs (quads and hamstrings) until your hips are in a straight line with the rest of your body.
Hold this position for 10 seconds, then slowly return to the floor. Perform a couple sets of 15 for maximum benefit.
Ignite Your Bedroom Spark
Nothing ruins a good evening like not being able to perform in the bedroom.
There could be a lot of reasons why this happens…
…but one of the biggest problems would be lack of stamina and endurance.
This may be easily resolved by doing some exercises proven to boost your bedroom performance.
The plank, hip raises, and kegals are all great exercises that men can do to increase their stamina and endurance in the bedroom.
This could go a long way to improving overall health, plus, giving you some extra “umph” when you need it the most.
Now, even though these exercises could help boost your bedroom performance…
…they may not work if you’re suffering from low testosterone!
Luckily though, we have just the solution for boosting testosterone and improving your bedroom life and performance.
