Here Are Joy's 6 Tips That She Followed To Reach Her Ideal Bodyweight 

1.   Eat  5 meals each day. (smaller portions). Incorporate more veggies, lean protein (chicken, fish, etc.), good carbs (sweet potato, quinoa, fruits) in your diet. Breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch. afternoon snack, and dinner. 

2. As a guide for lunch and dinner, divide a dinner plate into 3 sections (protein, good carbs, and veggies) and 2 sections (protein, veggies). It's like a mix of paleo diet and keto diet. Some days eat paleo, some days eat keto.,,and it's ok to have a "cheat" meal so you don't ever feel deprived. 

3. Move! Implement an exercise routine that will fit your schedule. Start slow and build up as your body starts acclimating to exercising. Take it one day at a time and you'll see a difference.

4. Be patient! This is not a sprint, it's more like a marathon. Give your body time to adjust to eating healthier and exercising. You'll see the results when you least expect it.

5. Rest! Your body needs to recover. Listen to your body. Exercising 4 times a week is optimal. 5 times a week if you have the energy! Live to exercise another day!
