This Is What I Eat Every Day
I get asked every now and then what I eat during the day and if I mix it up. I do get into patterns just like everyone else, but I also try to keep a nice variety of different foods on hand so that I can change it whenever I want and as often as I want.
Use this as a guide to design your own balanced meal plans for a healthier lifestyle.
Here is what a typical day looks like for me.
6am:
Breakfast: 10am (ish)
Omega-3 Eggs: 3
3 servings of fruit
3 pieces of bacon or sausage (sometimes)
Omega Icon
Active Core Complex
Fermented Turmeric
Probiotics
Lunch: 12:30 (ish)
The reason I do this is because I train around lunchtime and I don't like to have food in my stomach while training. The workouts can get so intense that having food in my stomach will make me feel sick. So I usually have a Jaylab Pro Protein shake so that it digests by the time I start working out.
Afternoon Snack: 4pm (ish)
Natural Peanut Butter with an apple
Dinner: Between 5:30 and 6:30 usually
Some type of chicken, fish or beef.
Rice or potato
Vegetable
This can change often and I also eat casseroles like lasagna if we are in the mood to make it or tacos, burritos, etc.
There you go! These are some of the foods that I would typically eat in a day. Of course this isn't the same every day, but I hope you get an idea of what my typical food day looks like and how you can plan your meals to WIN THE DAY!.
