There are a lot of “experts” that will tell you the best ways to burn fat and to keep it off.
But the truth is: Not every tip is going to help you!
In fact, some of the tips may not even put a dent in your fat loss!
That’s why you need to start with the basics – and then everything else should fall into place
What are the basics?
Well, for starters, you need to eat the right diet – one that is free from processed foods, refined carbohydrates, and added sugar.
You need a diet that is rich in whole foods, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats that are needed for optimal function of the millions of tiny cells in your body.

You may already know that as you get older your muscle mass starts to decline.

However, you can turn this loss around! You see, engaging in a strength training program, at least THREE days per week, could result in more muscle.

HIIT training is the latest craze to hit the fitness industry. The whole purpose of this type of training is to include some very high-intensity work into your normal cardio.

Studies show, that people who eat protein at breakfast time may have better control of their appetite as the day goes on!
Also, the simple process of breaking down protein may increase your calorie burn.
