On the outside, you may look at sushi and think to yourself, this is healthy!
I mean, it has lean proteins, seaweed wraps, and vegetables, so it must be a healthier option than deep fried chicken.

Or that most of the toppings are either full of sodium or full of fat - plus roughly 240 calories per roll!

Another option that you would think is healthy since everyone talks about the power of green tea and other types of teas.
