2 EASY Ways To Better Sleep
Today, I want to share with you an opportunity.
If you are one of the many who suffers from poor sleep habits, then this may be for you!
This opportunity may improve your health and, more importantly, the quality of your SLEEP.
You see, sleep quality may be directly linked to how much FAT you carry around your belly.
If you have a flat belly, then you may not need to worry!
However, for some people, having that extra padding over your stomach…
Or hanging over your belt, may increase your risk for serious health consequences.
Plus, very poor SLEEP!
However, if you take the right steps – which I will share in a minute – you may improve your sleep patterns…
Reduce not only your belly fat, but your TOTAL fat levels…
And may even reduce your risk for cardiovascular disease, glucose intolerance, or type 2 Diabetes.
So, for those of you who suffer from poor sleep quality…
And those who have any extra padding around your belly, you may BENEFIT from this unique opportunity.
If you take just 60 MINUTES, every day, then you may be well on your way to improving your sleep habits, altering the way your body looks and feels, and reduce your risk for life-altering conditions.
Fat Loss and Sleep Quality
Research shows that poor sleep habits, altered sleeping patterns, and lack of sleep in general, may pose serious health complications if you are not careful.
In fact, studies have shown that poor sleep habits may be linked to an increased risk for cardiovascular disease, glucose intolerance, type 2 Diabetes, obesity, and countless others.
Also, poor sleep habits have been shown to alter your FOOD CRAVINGS, causing you to want high-calorie, nutrient-poor food choices.
For some people (if not most people) losing weight with the right diet and exercise program may encourage weight loss and FAT LOSS.
Researchers showed that a proper diet and exercise program may be effective at encouraging weight loss – but more importantly – FAT LOSS.
And this may be one of the KEYS to improving your sleep quality.
Okay, so here’s what the researchers noticed:
The participants in the study, who altered their BMI, subcutaneous fat levels, and TOTAL abdominal fat – showed improvements in sleep quality.
More importantly, however, they showed that people who lost more subcutaneous BELLY FAT had the STRONGEST IMPROVEMENTS IN SLEEP QAULITY.
And, if you are one who tends to avoid exercise, then you may not need to worry!
The study showed that people who lost subcutaneous belly fat – through diet and exercise or diet ALONE – showed improvements in sleep quality.
They concluded:
“These findings in this study show that a reduction in abdominal subcutaneous fat, with either diet alone or diet plus exercise, was associated with improved sleep quality. These data suggest that programs targeting central obesity (abdominal fat) may prove to be an effective strategy for reducing the incidence and severity of sleep disorders.”
Diet, Exercise, and BETTER Sleep Quality
There are many steps to improving your sleep patterns, quality, and length of time spent asleep.
However, according to this study, losing weight – or more specifically – losing subcutaneous BELLY FAT, could be a way to improve, not only your weight and fat levels, but your sleep quality as well.
And this could reduce your overall risk for different diseases.
So, for the sake of your health – include:
1) at least 60 minutes a day of regular, moderate, or vigorous exercise and
2) eat a healthy diet
This could boost your weight loss (in the form of abdominal belly fat loss) and potentially improve your quality of sleep.
