This list is based on current research regarding the superiority of Krill Oil over Fish Oil:
Reason #10: Lowers Total and LDL Cholesterol

“Krill and fish oil thus represent comparable dietary sources of EPA and DHA (omega-3 fatty acids), even if the EPA + DHA dose in the Krill oil was 62.8 percent of that in the fish oil.”
As you can see, although Krill oil may contain less EPA and DHA compared to fish oil, it is still very effective – even at the lower dose – to raise blood levels of EPA and DHA – therefore protecting your heart health.
Reason #6: Better Absorbed By YOUR Body
Although both contain EPA and DHA, one may be superior then the other when it comes to bioavailable levels of them.
