Three Ways To Release Your Fat Cells
Too much uncontrolled fatty acid release may disrupt YOUR brain’s ability to shut it down, which could lead to toxic fat and inflammation.
Research has shown that insulin may help control the amount of fat that is released from your fat cells.
However, when you overeat, your body could have a harder time controlling the amount of fat released, which could ruin the weight loss goal(s) you may have.
But if you WATCH what you eat, especially the amount of FAT that you eat, you could control your insulin levels, and you may enhance your body’s natural ability to release and burn fat for energy.
Insulin and Your Brain
So here’s the SKINNY on insulin:
Insulin, when released by your pancreas, shuttles sugar out of your blood and into your working cells, to either be used as energy, or to be stored for later use.
But did you know that insulin also controls your fat cells' ability to release fatty acids?
And that overeating may impair your brain's ability to stop fat breakdown?
It’s pretty amazing when you think about it!
Insulin has been shown to stimulate fat cells, which could help them release fatty acids to be used for energy.
However, INDIRECTLY, insulin also communicates with your brain, which then tells your fat cells to release more fatty acids.
The problem with overeating is this:
When you have too much FAT, you may end up consuming MORE calories - sometimes as much as 37 percent more!
Now this could cause uncontrolled fatty-acid release, which could cause toxic fat!
And toxic fat leads to MORE inflammation…
Insulin resistance…
And greater chance of developing diabetes, or if you already have it, WORSENING it!
Also, when you eat a high-fat diet, it may halt your brain’s ability to stop lipolysis from occurring in your fat cells.
Simply put: Your brain may lack the ability to communicate with your fat cells, which prevents your brain from telling your fat cells to stop releasing fatty acids.
So what can you do to stop the harmful effects of insulin on your fat cells?
Ways to Reduce the Impacts of Overeating
In order to reduce the impact of insulin and uncontrolled fatty-acid release, you should do the following:
Reduce the amount of fat in your diet…
Not that fat is a bad thing, because it’s not.
In fact, your body needs adequate levels of fat, but the GOOD kind of fat like omega-3 fatty acids, which may aid in cell repair, hormone production, and other useful things in your body.
However, too much fat may lead to an altered insulin response and uncontrolled fatty-acid release.
And this could be BAD for your BRAIN!
You should exercise…
Exercise has been shown to reduce blood sugar levels, which could also lower insulin levels.
You should watch your caloric intake…
Watching how many calories you are taking in, may also lead to better improvements in your overall health.
In fact, having fewer calories may even increase the brain molecule CREB, which could keep your brain young, and may prevent degeneration of your brain cells.
Reduce the Impacts of Too Much F-A-T
Research has shown that a high-fat diet may be detrimental to your health and your weight loss.
Too much fat in your diet may make you eat more, may lead to an altered insulin response, and could create toxic fat cells, which could increase inflammation, among other things.
And according to this study, overeating may impair your brain's ability to stop fatty acids from being released from your fat cells
So if you want to do yourself a favor, watch what you eat, exercise, reduce the amount of fat in your diet, and watch your portions.
These three things may prevent you from overeating and could reduce the potential negative effects of uncontrolled fatty acid release, and boost your metabolism in the process.
